This
document is not to be
used as medical advice
or in place of a
qualified
nutritionist. Many
parents have
joined together
providing a list of
foods they have found
to be gluten and
casein free.
Through our joint
effort, we want to
help other parents who
are also seeking
to improve the lives
of their children through
nutritional foods that
are gluten and casein
free. This diet is
helpful to our
children. This
list is a guide
to be used for calling and
verifying that
products are gluten
and casein free.
It does not list every
product that is gluten
free and casein free.
You must always read
labels! Use this
list with caution due
to the fact that
manufacturers change
their ingredients
without warning. This
may be due to
changes in the recipe,
changes in the
ingredients supplied
to the manufacturer,
or changes in the
production &
manufacturing methods,
including cross
contamination
concerns. Parents and
individuals with food
allergies and
intolerances are
responsible for
reading the labels and
confirming ingredients
of all products they
intend to use
regardless of how the
product is represented
on this site. Certain
unacceptable
ingredients may be
hidden under the
name of natural
flavorings. Modified
food starch is also a
vague term which does
not indicate the
source of the starch
(wheat or corn). Any
and all questions
and/or concerns about
a product should be
directed to the
manufacturer,
including the
possibility of cross
contamination. This
website cannot
guarantee that the
list of foods are
gluten and
casein free. The
products listed on
this website are to be
used as a guide only.
Further verification
may be needed due
to questionable
ingredients or cross
contamination
concerns. If anyone
has reason to believe
that the manufacturing
process and or
ingredients have
changed in the
following products and
should be either
included or deleted,
please write to
us at products@gfcfdiet.com

this list is to
provide a discussion
forum for parents of
children on the autism

on what food is GFCF
(etc) and what is not;

and tips on how to
cook and prepare GFCF

vitamins, minerals,
herbs and other
supplements may be
appropriate for a
child with autism, how
to cope with difficult
diet demands, plus
support for parents.
Appropriate topics for
discussion on the list
include anything at
all related to diet
and autism spectrum

"DAN!"
Physician List
Since its
establishment in 1967,
the Autism Research
Institute has had as a
major priority the
tracking of promising
treatments for autism.
We do not subscribe to
conventional
medicine's strategy of
simply trying
"the drug of the
month." Autism is
not caused by a
deficiency of Ritalin
or Haldol. Intensive
study of the
scientific literature,
and analysis of case
reports from thousands
of parents of autistic
children convinced us
that there is much
that can be done NOW
to help many of these
children.

is unmoderated and

principally to provide
a discussion forum for
parents of children on

also provide
information and

is following a GFCF

Magazine
Living
Without
Magazine www.livingwithout.com
Magazine's
primary aim is to
support and educate
readers with allergies
and food and/or
chemical
sensitivities. This is
the magazine you turn
to after your
diagnosis - after the
doctor sends you home
with a couple of
pamphlets and a pat on
the back.
It's no mystery that
people with special
diet and lifestyle
restrictions,
particularly those who
suffer from severe
allergies and
intolerances, often
feel unsupported and
misrepresented. Many
are embarrassed to ask
for special
consideration. We
understand about all
that. We know that
asking the waiter
about ingredients on
the menu is not
whining - it's
survival.
Living Without
wants you to know that
a life with allergies,
intolerances and
sensitivities can be a
vibrant, healthy and
happy life. We want
you to use this
magazine to open the
door to living
abundantly with your
special needs.
This magazine isn't
about minimizing the
challenges of living
with allergies and
intolerances... it's
about presenting the
important truth of how
good life can be,
living
without. - Publisher:
